Reporting Copyright Infringement: If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on FitVed in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The URL or specific location on FitVed where the infringing material is located.
Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A declaration from you stating your sincere belief that the disputed use is illegal according to the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
A declaration from you that the information in your notice is true and that you are the owner of the copyright or have the right to act on their behalf, made under oath and under penalty of perjury.
Counter-Notification: If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice is not infringing or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, you may send a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent.
Repeat Infringers: FitVed reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
